Privacy Policy

MagikShot is built with privacy as a core principle. We collect the bare minimum needed to provide our service and nothing more. We do not track you, profile you, or sell your data.

What We Collect

We only collect what you explicitly provide:

• Your email address and name (for account authentication)
• Photos you upload for AI model training
• Payment information (processed and stored entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details)

What We Do NOT Collect

• No cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for authentication
• No selling, sharing, or monetizing of your data in any form

Your Photos and AI Models

Your uploaded photos and AI-generated images are yours. They are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your photos to train any shared models or for any purpose other than generating your personal AI model. You can delete your model and all associated photos at any time from your account settings — deletion is immediate and permanent.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate MagikShot, each with their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing
• AI providers — image generation (your photos are sent for processing only and are not retained by providers)

Data Retention

We retain your data only while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, uploaded photos, AI models, and generated content are permanently removed within 30 days.
